Holywell Knight
2020 Homebred – “Archie” is Contendro 1 x Crosstown Dancer and has been taken very slowly and given time to mature.
In 2025 At just his second show, he won the won the young AIRC Young Horse National Championships.
Following this he competed in a handful of Dressage Ireland Development series shows resulting in him coming 3rd place in the HSI Series Final, and winning the breeders prize of being the highest place Irish bred horse in the class.

2019 Homebred – “Harry” is a rock solid all rounder. His work ethic is incredible and he always performs under pressure.
He has already numerous national championships under his belt.

At 7 he is competing 1.10 sji with a very high clear round strike rate.
Holywell Spark
2017 Purchased as a foal – Spark is the perfect gentleman with outstanding looks and temperment. At 17’1 he is stands noble and is a real eyecatcher.
By Cobra x Contador x Ard Patrick x Campaigner – he has a lot of Holstein and old Irish TB blood. Because of his size he has been jumped very little, however he has really excelled in Dressage and has numerous national titles under his belt.
He won the HSI Development Series Finals as a both 4yo and 5yo. levels. He has also won the Dressage Ireland Winter Finals at both Prelim and Novice Levels and the AIRC Festival at Open Level.
Schooling Medium at home and has a flying changes he could work his way to Advanced Medium and above, but is also super chill and could happily look after a younger or older rider who wants something more stable and solid.













Holywell Boss
2018 Homebred – We sold this beautiful colt won the Mayo/Roscommon Breeders Foal Class in Roscommon Show, before being sold in the Elite Eventing Foal Sale in Mullingar. He has since exchanged hands to a top shop yard who have very high hopes for him to progress to a HOYS Level Standard. We will be keeping a close eye on them and wishing them the best of luck in the future.






Holywell Sunshine
2017 Homebred- Sunny was sold as an unbroken 3yo… He is now the Master’s horse at the Blackmmore and Sparkford Vale Hunt. Quote from the person who produced him for him “I rode him on for him before he went down. He’s doing brilliant and is an amazing hunter. If I could have any of the horses back which Iv produced on for him, it would be Sunny. He was my favourite”





Good News Charlie
2008 Homebred “Charlie” is a homebred gelding by the thoroughbred stallion Last News, and is out of my old Arab x Connemara pony. Amazingly Charlie has managed to grow to 16’1! He has the strength of a horse and the brain and technique of a pony. He is currently competing 1.20 and has the potential to move on up soon. He has the ability to make you feel like John Whittaker, Nuno Oliveria and a 12 year old kid at pony camp at the same time!
















Toome Ramiro Pippin
2011 Purchased as a Foal – “Pippin” is a ISH mare by Ramiro B x Diamond Chin x Skylark. Pippins mother is full sister to Eezy who was one of Ireland’s most successful horses competing with Duncan McFarland at 1.60 international GP level in the USA. Pippin has an amazing temperament and regularly gets 8’s 9’s and sometimes even 10’s in her dressage. She won at 3 young horse events in 2016, in 2017 she registered EI and has won 2 events, been second and 4th out of her 5 pre-novice starts so far! She is competing at 1.10 SJI and will up to 1.20 by end of 6th year. She is known for her free hugs.
Pippin continued to progress to 2* International eventing level, and competed in various Internationals Events in Ireland. Unfortunately in 2020 she injured herself and has been retained as a broodmare.











Holywell Promise
2015 Homebred – Belle – was sold as a broken five year old to the UK. It is lovely to see horses looking so well with their new owners.


Holywell Quality
2017 Homebred – Holly – was sold as an unbroken three year old. Produced in Ireland she was then subsequently sold to the Neatherlands to a fantastic hunting home. It is lovely to see her going so well and being well loved by her new owner.

“Muscles” Purchased as a Foal, 2011 mare by Mohill Treble C x Clover Joe. Her breeding includes Cavalier Royal, Cruising and Clover Hill.


FCD Touch of Class
“Irish” Purchased as a 3 year old, a 15’2 small hunter mare by Flagmount Clover Diamond. She is a true all rounder of a traditional Irish Sport Horse. She has won numerous Championships in showing (Champion Small Hunter and Supreme Hunter Champion at the AIRC Festival 2009), and eventing (National Advanced Intermediate Champion at Annaharvey 2010). She also qualified for RDS Team Showjumping Championships 2011 and has been paced at National Dressage Championships various times. She is currently competing with one of our friends.








Guaranteed Gold
“Fanny” purchased as a 3 year old, a 17’1 mare by Golden River and is believed to be out of a mare by Coolcroonan Wood (Sea Crest). She has excelled in showing and dressage. She has been Champion Mare and Champion Lightweight in the AIRC Festival Showing on numerous occasions and has won the national riding club dressage championships multiple times.





Good News Scottie
“Scottie” Homebred, Charlie’s full brother. He is a little smaller at 158cm and has an amazing temperment. Scottie has found his perfect home and is having great fun jumping, showing, working huntering and eventing with his new owner. He has recently qualified for Hickstead Working Hunter, competed at RDS and placed 2nd at the IPS National Pony Challenge.



A Classy Guy
“Andy” Homebred, by Loughehoe Guy TB and is half brother to Charlie and Scottie. He is a beautiful model of a TB x Arab x Comnemara Cross. Andy had success in showing before moving to UK.
